KSP: Estill County Father Shot & Killed Son

State Police have reported that an elderly father shot his son during an argument in Estill County Tuesday night.

Troopers tell us it happened at the father’s home on Sugar Hollow Road just before 10:30 p.m.

Officers said Millard E. Dixon, 47, died from his injuries at a local hospital.

According to investigators, there have not been any arrests or charges filed against Dixon’s father at this time.

State Police are still investigating.
