KSP: Driver cited for DUI after hitting parked car and garage

LIBERTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say a driver was cited for DUI after running off KY 70 near Liberty in Casey County and hitting a parked car and garage with a 10-year old child in the vehicle. Investigators say the child was wearing a seat belt and wasn’t hurt.  The accident happened Wednesday around 12:40 p.m.

State Police say the driver, 33-year old Rebecca Joines of Liberty, was cited for DUI, No Insurance, Expired Registration Plates and Expired Registration Receipt.  Investigators say she was admitted to Casey County Hospital.
