KSP charges Carroll County man with child sexual exploitation offenses

BEDFORD, Ky. (WTVQ)- Kentucky State Police arrest a man on charges related to possession and distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

33 year-old Leonard Andrew Jr. was arrested Thursday, July 26 after an undercover investigation by KSP.

Investigators performed a knock and talk at Andrew’s residence.

Andrew is charges with five county of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and five counts of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

Each charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison.

He was lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center.
