KSP: Brodhead man charged with trafficking meth

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ)- State troopers in London say a Rockcastle County man was arrested with meth and a large amount of cash after a traffic stop.

Troopers say 51-year-old Gary L. Day had nearly 13 grams of suspected meth and nearly $57,000 in U.S. currency at his home in Brodhead. They say troopers got a search warrant for Day’s home after a traffic stop last Friday.

They say Day was cited to court due to a medical condition and was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense.
