KSP: Bath County man burglarized vacant home

ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A break-in at a vacant home leads to the arrest of a man in Rowan County.

Kentucky State Police say the owner of the home, located on KY 801, called to report someone in the home.

When troopers got there, they say 27-year-old Daniel Austin got into his vehicle and left.

He was pulled over and troopers say they found stolen items in his car.

Austin is charged with wanton endangerment and burglary.
