KSP arrests man on charges of rape and sodomy of a minor

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WTVQ) — An Owensboro man is behind bars, accused of raping a minor.

Kentucky State Police say 46-year-old Brandon M. Sally was arrested following an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.

Sally is currently charged with rape, sodomy, promoting a minor under 16 in a sexual performance, and distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
