KSP: Argument leaves one man shot, one in jail

JACKSON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A fight between two men in Jackson on Tuesday left one in jail and the other in the hospital with a gunshot wound, according to State Police.

Investigators say Sesco Noble and Tom Allen got into a fight at a home on Sewell Street in downtown Jackson.  State Police say after the fight, Allen went to his home on Smith Branch Road, got a gun, returned to the scene of the fight and shot Noble in the head and chest area.

State Police say Noble was airlifted to UK Hospital in Lexington with non-life threatening injuries.  Investigators say Allen was arrested at his home without incident a short time later.  He was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail after being treated at Kentucky River Medical Center for injuries suffered in the initial altercation, according to investigators.  The incident remains under investigation, according to KSP.
