KSP says 40-year-old Michael Moore was found dead in the facility’s restraint chair, after he was brought to the jail intoxicated.

After investigation, detectives say five deputy jailers intentionally abused Moore and the mistreatment caused his death.

The case was presented to a grand jury, where the four men were indicted for manslaughter.
