Kroger truck driver accused of “brake checking” school bus

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Kroger tractor trailer driver is facing charges for allegedly “brake checking” a Berea Independent school bus.
According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a possible road rage incident on I-75, involving the school bus and the truck.
The report says it happened on February 13th.
The sheriff’s office says their investigation showed the Kroger truck, driven by 39-year old Noah Davenport, of Louisville, allegedly “brake checked” the school bus, which had several students on board.
An arrest warrant was issued for Davenport, who, the sheriff’s office says surrendered himself this past Monday (3/11).
Davenport is charged with 19 counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st degree.
