Knox Co. deputies investigate armed robbery

KNOX CO., Ky (WTVQ) – Knox Co. deputies say there was an armed robbery on Feb. 18 at the Crossroads Market (also known as the Grab and Go Market,) at the junction of US-25 and KY-233 in the Gray community of Knox Co.

Investigators were dispatched just before 10:00 p.m.  They say that employees at the store told them a man wearing a ski mask came into the store and demanded money.  Employees told investigators they gave the man what they had and he ran off.  Deputies say the employees told them they never saw a weapon, but believed the man had one inside his shirt.  No word on how much money the man got away with.
