Kids charged for paper at school was class project, not actual policy

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Fayette County Public Schools says a letter from Tates Creek Middle School that was put on social media saying students will have to start paying for paper was just part of a class project, not an actual policy.

Spokeswoman for Fayette County Public Schools says this assignment was to teach the kids about the Stamp Act.
