Kids on board bus when it crashed in Perry County

PERRY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Two dozen kids were on board a bus Friday afternoon when it crashed in Perry County.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the Knott County school bus crashed at 4:02 p.m. on Highway 15 in Perry County.

Deputies say the bus dodged a truck and hit the guardrail in a construction zone. No one was hurt.

The road was shut down, but has since reopened.
