LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) — Kentucky’s first-ever Publix opened its doors to the public on Wednesday in Louisville.

The Terra Crossing Publix in Louisville features a drive-thru pharmacy and the first Publix Liquors located outside of Florida, according to ABC affiliate WHAS.

The store is one of three heading to Louisville with three also already slated for Lexington.

The locations of the future Publix stores in Lexington include one on the corner of Man o’ War Boulevard and Harrodsburg Road, one on the corner of Georgetown Road and Citation Boulevard and one on the corner of Romany Road and Duke Road.

The Publix off of Man o’ War Boulevard is expected to be completed this year. The other two don’t have a time slated for opening.
