Kentucky State Police investigation underway after deadly crash in Montgomery County
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – State police are investigating a deadly collision between a car and a moped that occurred yesterday on Owingsville Road in Mount Sterling.
Investigators report that 37-year-old Andrew Romans was driving east on Owingsville Road when he crossed the center line and hit Alavez Gonzalo, who was traveling west on a moped. Tragically, Gonzalo was killed in the crash.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
