Kentucky National Guard taking down DEI posts on social media
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — The Kentucky National Guard is removing posts from its social media pages in compliance with Department of Defense instruction.
The National Guard says they’re following The Department of Defense and recent executive orders issued by President Donal Trump ordering the military to remove articles, photos and videos that promote DEI.
According to officials on Facebook, the posts have been removed or are in the process of being removed.
The deadline to remove the posts is Wednesday, March 5th.
