Kentucky moves to 2-0 in SEC play with 90-77 win over Mizzou

Lexington, KY (WTVQ)- Kentucky Men’s Basketball is 2-0 in the SEC after their second conference and sixth overall win in a row.

The Wildcats beat the Missouri Tigers 90-77 inside Rupp Arena on Tuesday.

Five Kentucky players scored in double figures including freshman Rob Dillingham, who led the team with a career-high 23 points.

Sophomore Adou Thiero missed his third game to what Head Coach John Calipari says is “general soreness.” Calipari says that he’ll get an update on Thiero’s status, but acknowledges that Kentucky is missing a key defensive piece in his absence.

The Wildcats move on to 12-2 this season and will play Texas A & M in College Station, Texas on Saturday.
