The Kentucky Horse Park – Upcoming Events
Esther Zunker and Ashlee Chilton from The Kentucky Horse Park joined us on Midday Kentucky to give us the scoop on fun, festive events that are happening at the Kentucky Horse Park! Sunday, October 29th from 1-6 HalloWhinny will take place at the horse park. This event includes a costume contest for both kids and dogs, food trucks, beer tents, craft and more. Admission is $20 for adults and $9 for kids ages 6-12. Later that night the Cemetery Crawl will take place at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30. This event includes tours of houses at the Kentucky Horse Park and then also the cemeteries that are there. Admission is $15 per person. Another event happening at the Kentucky Horse Park are remembrance events for Man O’ War. First, the Horse Country Man O’ War Tour, takes place on November 1st at 9 am, you will leave and then return to the Kentucky Horse park and this includes transportation to the Mr. Brilliant Farm that includes the old way Faraway Farm. Second, the Man O’ War Day of Remembrance, November 1st from 9 am to 5 pm at the Kentucky Horse Park.
