Kentucky football adds two more transfers: OL Rob Folger and WR Ashton Cozart

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky football added two offensive players from the transfer portal on Tuesday.

First up is offensive lineman Rob Fogler, a redshirt sophomore out of Ball State. Fogler arrives in Lexington with three years of eligibility remaining and becomes the sixth offensive line transfer the Wildcats have brought in this offseason. His addition highlights Kentucky’s continued emphasis on rebuilding and strengthening the trenches after a season marked by inconsistency up front.

In addition to Fogler, Kentucky also landed SMU wide receiver Ashton Cozart. A former four-star recruit, Cozart began his college career at Oregon, where he redshirted his freshman year before transferring to SMU for the 2024 season. His speed and size on the outside will bring a much-needed spark to Kentucky’s receiving corps, which is looking to replace production lost from last year.
