Kentucky falls to Clemson 5-1 in regional final

CLEMSON, Sc. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – The tigers beat the cats 5-1 in Sunday’s regional final, eliminating Kentucky’s chances at a super regional.

Kentucky finished their season at 31-38 overall and 7-17 in the SEC.

That marks the 16th-straight season Rachel Lawson has guided the cats to the NCAA Tournament, as well as her 16th consecutive 30-win season.
