Keeneland unveils new paddock building ahead of spring meet

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The upcoming spring meet at Keeneland Race Course will offer fans new ways to experience race day thanks to a major renovation project.

Track officials say a brand-new paddock building will debut this season, featuring five new hospitality spaces for guests. The additions include the Dogwood Room, the Sycamore Room, the Ivy Room, rooftop dining, and the Paddock Lawn.

The upgrades come after more than two years of construction at the historic Lexington track.

Officials say the new spaces are designed to expand fan access and provide additional ticket options for visitors who may have previously struggled to secure seats during the popular spring meet.

Keeneland says the new paddock area will give fans improved views of the horses and expanded hospitality experiences as the racing season gets underway.
