Jury Selection Underway In Marty Roe Murder Trial
Jury selection is underway in a murder trial in Lexington.
Marty Roe is charged with gunning down Martha Post as she left her dermatology office in September of 2011.
Roe was arrested a few days later in Ohio.
A judge earlier this year ruled that Roe is competent to stand trial.
