Judge denies protection order against former Lexington police sergeant

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A judge has denied a protective order Thursday against former Lexington Police Sergeant Jervis Middleton.

According to court documents, the judge denied the order for lack of proof and no evidence of stalking.
