Jessamine Co. Sheriffs locate person of interest

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office has located their person of interest with the public’s help.

Deputies say they have charged 18-year-old James Rhett Ryan of Lexington in connection with the January 1st incident at Kroger in Bellerive Plaza.

Ryan is charged with Criminal Mischief 1st Degree and Shoplifting, according to sheriffs. They say he is charged for slashing a tire and keying the side of a vehicle in the parking lot and shoplifting for Kroger.

Deputies report Ryan was identified from tips called in after a photo of a person of interest was released.
