Jefferson County man charged with child porn

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ)-State troopers say a Louisville man was arrested after an investigation found he had child porn.

The arrest was made Thursday, according to troopers who say 76-year-old John W. Johnson is charged with possession and distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. They say the arrest was made thanks to an investigation by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch and Louisville Metro Police.

Johnson is charged with 15 counts of possession and on count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. All charges are Class D felonies with each count punishable by one to five years in prison.
