Jefferson Co. man charged with child sexual exploitation offenses

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) -On Tuesday, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested a man on charges related to possession and distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

24-year-old Shawn M. Jaggers was arrested after he was investigated by authorities who found him sharing the explicit images online.

Police say they seized equipment used to facilitate the crime during a search of Jaggers’ home.

He is currently charged with 20 counts of possession.
