Jeff Badet’s watch check

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – It may have taken a little longer than he wanted…and for that matter, Solid Blue fans wanted…but Jeff Badet finally came up with a big catch late in the second half.

When QB Patrick Towles went deep to his speedy threat in need of a big play, Badet answered with a catch that set up a UK field goal in the fourth quarter…and then promptly “clocked in.”

Florida beat Kentucky for the 29th straight year.  14-9 the final.
