Jaland Lowe set to Transfer to Georgetown for 2026-27 season
WASHINGTON, D.C. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky guard Jaland Lowe is set to transfer to the Georgetown Hoyas for the 2026–27 season.
The Kentucky point guard appeared in only nine games in 2025–26 due to a lingering shoulder injury he suffered during the Blue/White scrimmage in October.
Last season, Lowe averaged 8.0 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game over the nine games he appeared in for the Wildcats.
Lowe becomes the fifth Wildcat from last season to commit to a new school, joining Collin Chandler (BYU), Brandon Garrison (Alabama), Andrija Jelavic (Ohio State), and Denzel Aberdeen (Florida; pending waiver).
