Jager Burton selected for East-West Shrine game

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky senior center Jager Burton will participate in the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl in Frisco, Texas. The game will be played on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

The Shrine Bowl is a college football all-star game for players preparing to enter the upcoming NFL Draft. It is the oldest college football all-star game.

Burton played in 51 games over his five-year career as a Wildcat, starting the final 47 games.

During his senior season, Burton was selected to the Pro Football Network All-SEC Third Team.
