Jager Burton and Kendrick Law selected for East-West Shrine game

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky senior center Jager Burton and Kentucky senior wide receiver Kendrick Law will both participate in the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl in Frisco, Texas. The game will be played on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Burton played in 51 games over his five-year career as a Wildcat, starting the final 47 games. During his senior season, Burton was selected to the Pro Football Network All-SEC Third Team.

Kendrick Law spent one season in Lexington. In his lone season with the wildcats, he had 53 catches for 540 yards and three touchdowns, becoming one of the wildcats top weapons towards the back half of the season.

The Shrine Bowl is a college football all-star game for players preparing to enter the upcoming NFL Draft. It is the oldest college football all-star game.
