Jacksonville bar expects to be packed for second-round NCAA game

JACKSONVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ)- Solid Blue fans packed a downtown Jacksonville sports bar for Thursday’s game, and they plan to be there again Saturday for the second-round NCAA tournament game against Wofford.
