UK is coming off a great game and win over UIC, but still lacks a leader.

Leadership isn’t learned.  The skills can be, sure, but Cal can’t just pick a guy and go with it.

It doesn’t work that way, Cal says.

So Cal’s not challenging or telling just one Cat to be the leader.  He’s trying to set his team up to be successful no matter who steps up to the plate.
