iPhone sale ends in robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say a man wanted to buy a phone but ended up losing his cash instead.

Court documents say the victim met up with 27-year-old Marcus Forbes on Saturday to buy an iPhone 6 Plus from him.

Instead, police say Forbes grabbed the money from the victim and ran off without giving him the phone.

Forbes was arrested Monday.

He is charged with robbery.
