Vacant house catches fire in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington home without electricity caught fire on Wednesday morning, according the fire department.

They say it happened off of Race Street and was able to put the fire out with a water extinguisher.

According to firefighters the home was vacant.

No one was injured and the cause is still under investigation.
