Inmate Walks Away From Blackburn Correctional Complex
Authorities are searching for an inmate who walked away from Blackburn Correctional Complex on Sunday.
The prison said Terry Lee Chandler, 46, was confirmed missing at 9:37 p.m.
Chandler was serving a 14-year sentence for convictions out of Allen county that include manufacturing methamphetamine, according to the prison.
He was eligible for parole in August of 2015.
