Inmate returned to custody in Fayette County

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – An inmate has returned to the custody of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Division of Community Corrections.

According to Lexington police, Stanley Eugene Baker Jr. was arrest at 2:18 a.m. on Friday.

Baker was working a community service work detail and walked away from his supervisor on August 14.

Baker is detained in the Fayette County Detention Center on a new charges of escape in the second degree along with his previous charges of parole violation, failure to appear, giving an officer false identifying information, fleeing and evading police, and resisting arrest.
