LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Last week ITT Technical Institute closed its doors across America – leaving many of its students in shock.

ITT closed down when the federal government stopped it from enrolling students getting financial aid.

Students can now get some direction on what to do next through information sessions sponsored by the Council on Post-Secondary Education. Sessions will be held at both ITT sites in Kentucky, including Lexington and Louisville.

The first session will be held from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the Leestown campus of the Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington on Wednesday.

On Thursday another session will happen from 4:30 to 8 p.m. in Louisville at the downtown campus of Jefferson Community College.

ITT Technical Institute has also provided a list of schools that students can go to to finish their programs. That list is available on their website.
