Indictment Warrants Served In Lincoln County Child Sex Abuse Case

State Police said Grand Jury Indictment Warrants were served Tuesday on a Lincoln County couple in connection to several reported child sexual abuse assaults.

State Police said Timothy Robinson, 34, of Kings Mountain, was charged with four counts of Incest, four counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor and Use of a Minor in a Sex Performance.

State Police said Rhonda Robinson, 47, of Kings Mountain, was charged with four counts of Incest (Complicity), four counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor (Complicity) and Use of a Minor in a Sex Performance (Complicity).
