‘Incident’ closes lanes on state highway 151 for hours
UPDATE:
Kentucky State Police says 60-year-old Justin Whitt was arrested and taken to the Franklin County Regional Jail.
According to KSP, Whitt had an outstanding warrant and failed to yield during a traffic stop. Troopers say this led to a car chase, after which Whitt went into a house, where he barricaded himself.
Whitt is charged with the outstanding warrants, speeding, fleeing and evading first degree, and driving on a suspended drivers license.

ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Authorities have reopened Highway 151 after an incident led to an hours-long closure near the Anderson and Franklin County line on Tuesday.
According to Kentucky State Police, the highway was shut down between I-64 and Green Wilson Road for safety reasons. Officials have not released further details about the nature of the incident but confirmed it was peacefully resolved.
State police say the roadway is open to traffic, and more information may be released as the investigation continues.
