I-65 northbound closed due to wreck near Bonnieville

BONNIEVILLE, Ky. (AP) — A Kentucky Transportation Cabinet official says Interstate 65 northbound has been closed north of Bonnieville after a commercial vehicle crash there.

Spokesman Chris Jessie says traffic is being detoured off I-65 at Exit 71 at Bonnieville, but heavy traffic may make it better to exit the highway earlier.

Jessie says the closure may last as late as 7 p.m. EDT Friday.
