HS Baseball region tournament highlights & scores (6-1-16)

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Scott County will be headed to the state tournament for the first time in program history while West Jess looks to win the whole thing in back-to-back years.

The Cardinals beat Western Hills 6-2 at Lafayette to claim the 11th region crown.

The Colts took care of Southwestern 10-1 at Boyle County to take home the 12th region title for a second straight season.
