LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Kentucky Lottery is giving away free lottery coupons ahead of Friday night’s massive Mega Millions jackpot drawing.

Lottery officials say they’ll be handing out free five-dollar Mega Millions coupons Friday at 11 a.m. at the Kroger on Newtown Springs Drive in Lexington.

Friday’s jackpot is estimated at $965 million, making it the eighth-largest prize since Mega Millions began in 2002.
