House fire under investigation in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A house was damaged by a fire Friday night in Lexington in the 2300 block of Tuscon Drive.

Investigators say it appears the fire began in the kitchen around 7 p.m.

The cause is still under investigation.

No people were inside the home, but there were animals inside.

Firefighters say there was smoke damage throughout the house.
