Homeless shelters at capacity

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- The cold weather is dangerous for the homeless. The city is pleading for help.

The Office of Homeless Prevention and Intervention says all area shelters are over capacity and need help.

Items needed include blankets, snacks, jackets, and ready-made meals.
