UPDATE: Holmes Street back open after structure fire in Franklin Co.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Traffic officials say the scene has been cleared and Holmes Street is back open.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Traffic officials say Holmes Street in Frankfort is currently blocked due to a structure fire.

They say Holmes Street is blocked between Spring Street and Collins Street. It is unknown how long the road will be blocked.
