CHI Saint Joseph Health Foundations awards $55,000 in employee scholarships
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ/Press Release) – CHI Saint Joseph Health Foundations has selected more than three dozen employees at facilities in Kentucky to receive a scholarship to continue pursuing the health care field.
More than $55,000 was awarded to 41 employees from Continuing Care Hospital, Flaget Memorial Hospital, Saint Joseph Berea, Saint Joseph East, Saint Joseph Hospital, Saint Joseph London, Saint Joseph Mount Sterling, and Saint Joseph Medical Group were selected for scholarships.
“We love being able to assist with tuition to help our employees further their education,” said Leslie Buddeke Smart, CFRE, president, CHI Saint Joseph Health Foundations. “These employees are so important to all of our facilities and patients, and it’s very important to us to provide these educational opportunities to them each year. We are able to make that happen through the generosity of our donors.”
