Heat and dry conditions blamed for fire at construction site along I-75
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Smoke filled the air along I-75 near the Fayette-Madison County line on Sunday afternoon after a fire broke out at a construction site.
Investigators say heat and dry conditions are to blame for the fire, which was just off the exit at mile marker 97 of the interstate.
No injuries were reported.
