Health Department: Seven Current Cases Of Whooping Cough
The Fayette County Health Department is reporting seven current cases of whooping cough, also known as pertussis.
The health department says that there have been 57 confirmed cases this year. Of the seven current cases, the health department says three have been confirmed, but four are being tested to make sure that it is in fact whooping cough.
