Healing and support service at Douglass Park

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police continue working to bring people back to Douglass Park following a shooting there last month that left one man dead and four wounded during the popular ‘Dirt Bowl’ basketball tournament.

Last week there was a movie night at the park.  Tonight, what’s being called a "healing and support service" is set for 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The service features opera singer Whit Whitaker and several episcopal ministers.
