Harlan County Sheriff’s Office to hold auction of seized items
HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Harlan County Sheriff’s Office will be holding an auction of forfeited and seized property on Friday, March 1, starting at 4:30 p.m.
The sheriff’s office says the auction will be at the County Road Garage on KY 480 at Baxter.
All items may be viewed and inspected there at the garage any time after 12 p.m. on Friday.
Payment must be made in full in cash, personal check, credit card, or cashier’s check on the day of the sale.
Vehicle titles must be transferred into the buyer’s names before taking possession and may have to be transferred the day following the sale.
The sheriff’s office says it does not offer warranty, implied or otherwise, and items are sold “as is.”
The Harlan County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Sale items will include nine vehicles, one motorcycle and other assorted items (pocket knives, concrete saw, etc.).
