Harlan County schools closed due to ice on roadways
HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Harlan County Public Schools says classes are cancelled today because of the weather.
According to the district, some roads have black ice.
The district says this is not an NTI day.
