Harlan County man killed in car crash

HOLMES MILL, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Harlan County man was killed Tuesday evening in a single vehicle crash, according to State Police.

Investigators say 68-year old Rodney Witt, of Holmes Mill, was driving a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Glenbrook Mountain when the SUV left the road and overturned.  Witt was pronounced dead at the scene, according to KSP.

The call came in around 6:00 p.m., according to State Police.  The deadly crash is still under investigation.
